Louis joined Ngali Energy in 2015 and charged with following up the implementation of Hydro Power Greenfield projects as well as following up maintenance and rehabilitation of existing plants.
He previously worked in the Ministry of Infrastructure and later Rwanda Energy Group where he was assigned to the 28 Mega Watt Nyabarongo 1 Hydro Power Project as the Resident Civil Engineer, working in collaboration with the Supervising Firm, AECOM.
He holds an MSc. International Construction Management and Engineering from the University of Leeds, UK and a BSc. In Civil Engineering and Environmental Technology from Kigali Institute of Science and Technology. He has also done a wide range of professional trainings, some of which include; Small Hydro Power Development in UNESCO-IHE Delft, Netherlands; FIDIC Practical Use in Kigali, Rwanda; Operation and Maintenance of Hydropower Stations in Aswan, Egypt.
