RUZIRAMPUHWE David is the Ngali Energy Ltd Company Secretary and Director of Legal Affairs.
Before joining Ngali Energy, he was the Company Secretary and Legal Advisor and Group Legal Advisor in Prime Holdings Ltd and Afriprecast Company Limited-Subsidiary of Milbridge Holding Group, respectively.

With 13 years’ experience public sector-Ministry of Public Service and Labor, as Public Servants Manager and Inspection and Litigation expert and private sector as Company Secretary and Legal Advisor for Rwanda online Platform Ltd, He has been involved in handling public statute and labor law related cases, drafting and negotiating diverse contracts, drafting laws and orders, advising companies’ Board of Directors and Executive Management on corporate governance and compliance, developing a set of company policies and Manuals and representing companies in labor dispute resolutions and out-of-court settlement of lawsuits/disputes.

He is a part time trainer at Rwanda Management Institute (RMI).
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Law (LLB) from the National University of Rwanda in Huye and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Sungkyunkwan University in Seoul, South Korea.
