Eng. Arthemon Nsengiyumva

Acting Managing Director

Eng. Nsengiyumva has been with Ngali Energy for the past Six years as a Director of Operations and has previously worked as Project Manager. His primary role is to oversee the overall operations and management of Rukarara Hydropower Plant (9 MW), as well as other projects under Ngali Energy portfolio.

He brings to the organization an extensive and international experience in the energy sector acquired from Europe and Africa. Prior to joining Ngali Energy, Eng. Nsengiyumva worked with a number of energy companies in the Netherlands including Gasunie and DNV GL, ex-Kema.

Eng. Nsengiyumva holds a Bsc. Electrical Engineer in International Power Generation and Distribution from Hanze University of Applied Sciences, in Groningen in the Netherlands.
