Eng. Biganza James has been the Chief Mechanical engineer at Rukarara 1 HPP since 2013. He joined the team at the plant where he brings to the table his expertise in Electrical Engineering after acquiring his Diploma from Kigali Institute of Science and Technology (KIST).

He has previously worked as the Head of Electrical and Electronics Unit at the Higher Institute of Agriculture and Animal Husbandry (ISAE); Busogo.
