Lea is the face you see at the front desk Monday-Friday. She joins Ngali Energy to respond promptly to customer inquiries, dealing directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or even face-to-face; recording details of actions taken.
On a daily basis, she deals with customer inquiries, process orders, forms, applications and requests. She handles and resolves customer complaints first hand before they reach their corresponding departments.
